Castaic Cub Scout Pack 580 to Hold Their Registration Night For The 2018-2019 School Year At The Live Oak Elementary MPR - Friday August 24th at 7pm
Positive Activities For Your Child And The Entire Family!
Calling all Kindergarten Through 4th Grade Youth and Parents! Have you ever wondered what scouting is all about? Do you want to be exposed to positive, family fun activities and friendships that will last a lifetime?
Well, scouting is all of that and a whole lot more!
Castaic Pack 580 is looking for Kids in Grades 1st through 4th and for the first year, we are looking for interested Kindergarteners for our Lions Program!
Scout Pack 580 will be holding their Registration Night at the Live Oak Elementary MPR on Friday August 24th at 7pm. There, you will meet all of the scouts and their families, experience a scout pack meeting, participate in the fun scout activity of the night, and ask any questions you may have about scouting. If you like what you see, then why not sign your kid(s) up? Your child may even know some of our scouts already!
Not sure yet? Come and join us on Friday August 24th anyway! Pack and Den Leaders will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We are confident that your child will have a lot of fun and see in person why scouting is a perfect activity in both family friendly learning and fun!
SPECIAL GUEST FOR THE NIGHT! Pack 580 is proud to announce that they will have a special guest speaker on August 24th. Retired Navy Pilot, Charles Sternberg, will be speaking about his experiences as a Navy Pilot. It will be a great opportunity to hear and ask questions about his military experiences!

Pack 580 is located in Castaic, CA - bringing together youth from Kindergarten through 5th grade. We hold monthly Pack meetings with all members of the pack, as well as Den meetings, where each group (Kindergarten - Lions, 1st Grade - Tigers, 2nd Grade - Wolves, 3rd Grade - Bears, 4th Grade - Webelos, and 5th Grade - Arrow of Light) get together for fun activities, developing friendships that will last a lifetime!
